As a photographer, Marjolein’s work is driven by a deep involvement in the world’s major issues. Through her project “Entre chien et loup”, she explores the transformation towards the new Symbiocene era—where humanity understands that it is part of nature, not above it.

Her project Drieluik uses old and new photographic techniques to capture the unity and connection between ourselves and the natural world. These images reflect the beauty and imperfection that bind us to other life forms, reminding us that embracing this unity is essential for keeping our world liveable.
