As a designer and barista, Camilla Schoonderbeek (Censo Design) explores new ways to reuse what we usually throw away. Through ReBrew, she transforms coffee waste into compostable coffee leather and inspire others to repurpose their own grounds, from garden use to small creations. Her work invites people to see everyday waste as the beginning of something new.
