TALENT DEVELOPMENT

BioArt Laboratories focusses strongly on talent development. At BioArt Laboratories, designers, scientists, and artists are offered a platform to develop themselves on different levels: creativity, research, development and marketing. By facilitating the first steps of a professional career, we also help young professionals in their entrepreneurship. Our yearly Talent Pressure Cooker programme focuses on the creation of spin-offs by facilitating crossovers between top talents and professionals with, as the starting point, the use of innovative biomaterials.

BIOART & DESIGN AWARD

The Bio-Art & Design Award is a unique competition for young artists and designers. Both Dutch and international talents are stimulated to experiment with bioart and design as well as collaborating with acknowledged Dutch science centres. The most promising and innovative ideas are rewarded with a price of €25.000.

EDUCATION

BioArt Laboratories believes that true aspiration comes at a young age. With the right stimuli, young students currently in pre-college education can become the next generation of Bright Talents.

GUIDED TOURS

Are you and your colleagues, family or friends interested in learning about all the ins and outs of BioArt Laboratories? We do guided tours for groups of guests to show them around our historical site and to get them to meet the organisation in an up close and personal manner. You will be offered a unique look inside our hybrid laboratory, hear the turbulent history of our location and breathe the clean air of the forest our premises are located in. We organise the tours by appointment and during office hours. If you are interested do not hesitate to contact us through the table below. EXHIBITIONS

BioArt Laboratories initiates and takes part in numerous exhibitions related to bioart. We want to create a society that combines a local, national and international audience. So they can get in touch with our new way of thinking, making, and collaborating. Together we can break through existing boundaries.
