Time of Wood is an immersive light installation that explores wood as a material archive, holding traces of growth, environmental change, and the passage of time. Focusing on pine wood, the work highlights resin formed in response to wounds and environmental stress, revealing the tree’s capacity for adaptation and resilience. These natural traces echo human experiences, as memories and challenges leave lasting marks that shape who we become. Through light passing through the resin, the installation reveals these hidden layers, creating a sensory experience that connects natural materials with human emotions.
