The dandelion sprouts through the cracks, nourishes ecosystems, and offers medicine. As it embodies resilience, it’s seeds drift freely, carrying renewal and hope.

Seeds of Hope is an interactive installation that challenges the anthropocentric paradigms that have long shaped human-nature relationships, questioning how anthropomorphic, patriarchal views of flowers mirror domination in human relations. By documenting the dandelion’s resistance to imposed human systems, the artists illuminate alternative models of being; ones that prioritize resilience, adaptability, and interconnection over domination. The seed’s journey on the wind becomes a metaphor for decentralized, networked thinking that defines the Symbiocene ethos, while the exploration of the woman-flower relationship acts as a microcosm of wider cultural transformation. As such, the project reimagines the human role not as manager or overseer, but as a participant within a web of mutual dependencies.
