Chilling in a Box

During the Dutch Design Week, BioArt Laboratories created a total experience with the exhibition ’Chilling in a Box’ at the ‘Veemgebouw’ in Eindhoven.

’Chilling in a Box’ operated thematically between Food and Design, and was symbolically placed in between the Foodmarket and the Dutch Design Awards. For ‘Chilling in a Box’ BioArt Laboratories established a unique half year long cooperation with ten young talented designers, scientists and local industries. We gave them the opportunity to do research and experiments on the cross-over of food, design & biotech.

With over 5000 visitors from the 17th till the 25th of October and broadcasting company VPRO listing the exhibition among the top 10 tips during the Dutch Design Week, ‘Chilling in a Box’ was a great success.
