Ewelina studied at the Design Faculty at Fine Arts Academy in Warsaw and at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd as a participant of the Erasmus program. She set up TAKŁADNIE, an innovative designer cooperative in Warsaw.

In her research she explores upcycling solution for disposable products in the coffee industry. Daily billions of cups and swizzle sticks are thrown away. Kaczmarska uses these disposable products in combination with coffee grounds in her research.
