During the Dutch Design Week, BioArt Laboratories held a grand opening of ‘Open StadsLab’. Where we set up a mobile laboratory with incubators, culture shakers, flowhoods and every other tool necessary to work safe with biological materials in the middle of a city. We showed several citizens initiated projects at the “island of processes” and announced our ‘Open StabsLab’ initiative.

With over 10000 visitors visiting the ‘Island of processes’ during the following days from the 17th till the 25th of October the opening of ‘Open StadsLab’ was a huge success.
