As a fine work of biocouture, Indusium explores the relationship between the body and the natural landscape, blending plant fibers with human anatomy. The title Indisium references a historical corset—a tense structure of muscle and connective tissue that stores, channels, and transmits energy, carrying our deepest traumas. By deconstructing celery plants, hand-dissecting their fibers, and fermenting them with microorganisms, this project embodies a dialogue between physical and emotional layers, revealing the collaborative interplay between human and non-human forms.
